Taft is seeking a CRM and Experience Management Coordinator to support our team in Taft’s Minneapolis or Columbus office.
Position Objective
Reporting to the Marketing Data Manager, the CRM and Experience Management Coordinator manages the overall quality of contact and engagement data in Intapp’s DealCloud, the firm’s CRM, and Litera’s Foundation, the firm’s experience tool, by entering, reviewing, verifying, and standardizing data from end users and integrated applications. As part of this role, DealCloud, Foundation, and other marketing technologies require running proactive data quality clean-up activities, monitoring feeds from integrated applications, developing and providing various reports and dashboards, and assisting with adoption activities throughout the firm. This position will reside in one of Taft’s primary offices with a hybrid working schedule.
