IT Service Analyst Level II

Taft is seeking an IT Service Analyst Level II to join our team in our Washington, D.C. office.

We are seeking an IT Service Analyst Level II for our Washington, D.C.  office. IT Service Analyst Level II provides technical support to our attorneys and staff. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy—in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients. 

Essential Duties:

  • Assists all users of computer systems and software in their daily use of programs and equipment on an as-needed basis.
  • Deploys an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10, and network technology in assisting end users.
  • Displays strong knowledge of other products, including Remote Access technologies (Terminal Services, VPN, wireless, etc.), and other legal-specific applications.
  • Demonstrates Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent initiative and assertiveness.
  • Utilizes Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deploys Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel in a team environment.
  • Has and deploys Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position is 100% in the office.
  • Provides IT support leadership for the local Service Analyst team.

 Requirements:

  • Must have 5-10 years of IT-related experience.
  • Must have an Associate’s Degree.  A 4-year degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules.
  • Must have an expert-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to position oneself to install equipment, including under desks.
Taft offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus, and more. The salary range for this position is $70,000/yr. - $85,000/yr.  Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted information based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
