Construction Litigation Associate - Columbus

Taft is seeking a team-oriented litigation associate to join our Columbus Construction practice.

Taft is seeking a litigation Associate to join its Construction Practice Group. Candidates should have at least two years of construction litigation experience, including meaningful responsibility for discovery management, motion practice, and legal research and writing, with experience in both state and federal courts. Arbitration experience and experience with liens and bonds are a plus but not required. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively on complex, fast-paced matters. Admission to practice in Ohio is required.
