Commercial Litigation Senior Associate – West Palm Beach, Florida

Taft is seeking a team-oriented Senior Associate to join our Commercial Litigation group in the West Palm Beach office.

Taft Law is seeking a senior associate with at least five or more years of commercial litigation experience, including: managing junior associates, assisting in the management of complex ESI discovery in cases, and preparing and conducting hearings and depositions. Trial experience is not required, but federal court experience is highly preferred. Additional experience with business litigation, intellectual property and probate is favored.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
